We use 100% Halal beef pepperoni certified by JAKIM Malaysia supplied by a company wholly-owned by Muslims. They are experts in manufacturing & distributing Halal meat-based products. The beef pepperoni used in our Wraps are cooked without the addition of any fats or oils.

The Australian cheeses that we use are of the highest quality and approved by the Australian Halal Food Services (AHFS).

AHFS is recognised as an Islamic body under the Australian Government Supervised Muslim Slaughter (AGSMS) system that issues Halal meat certificates for meat products shipped to Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Brunei, the Gulf Countries, Soudi Arabia, and all middle eastern countries accepting the standard Halal certificate.

HOT&ROLL uses Lady's Choice Mayonnaise - a trusted brand for many years that produces many quality products with great consumer value. Lady's Choice Mayonnaise is made from cholesterol-free soya bean oil, vinegar, eggs, sugar, salt, spices and other ingedients. It is certified Halal by (JAKIM) Malaysia.

We use freshly shredded romaine lettuce, onions & parsley in our Wraps. Romaine lettuce and parsley are low in calories and excellent sources of Vitamin A, Vitamin K and lutein. Onions are good source of fiber, Vitamin C, Vitamin B6 and organosulfur compounds which keep blood pressure normal.
